Our License Agreement

Any designs created or designed by Os Gear Up is owned by us. It may not be used in any other capacity without the expressed written consent from OS Gear Up. You have the option of  purchasing the full rights to any design created by OS Gear Up for you. You will be required however to speak to a representative for more information. If you provide your own design you will obtain all exclusive rights to that design to use at your discretion

Support Policies

We take pride in offering complete customer support for all of our products. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

• We will support all product issues for 1 months from the date of delivery.
• We support all products for three months after they have been removed from our catalog.
• We may not offer free support for products which have been significantly altered.

Refund Policy

OS Gear Up does NOT provide refunds for products and services. This is because we allow our customers to build their product to meet their exact specifications. After receiving your request for your product, we will send you a color preview of your product at which time you will be required to sign your approval and fax it back to us. If in any event your product is still delivered incorrectly after your signed approval, OS Gear will provide the necessary reimbursement and or replacement for that product.
